Nelson Cabulo is a UK-based A&R executive, artist manager, and entertainment entrepreneur, recognised for his pivotal role in connecting Afrobeats with the UK music scene. As the Co-Founder and CEO of Starz Records Global, he oversees a diverse portfolio including Starz Sports, Starz Agency, Starz Global Publishing, and Starz Records.

Nelson has led high-profile collaborations between top UK and African artists, including Headie One ft. BNXN and Aitch ft. Omah Lay, and has secured major partnerships with Virgin Music, Sony Music, and BB Records. His industry impact earned him a BRIT Certified Award and an Official Charts plaque for contributions to Burna Boy’s Love, Damini album.
